Returns, Refund, and Cancellation policy

Here at Henlics Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or cancel an order, we're here to assist you with our straightforward policy.

 

Refunds:

 

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied due to a damaged product or a broken seal, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to us at beautyhelp@henlicsparis.com with your order details and an unboxing video to initiate the process.

 

Returns:

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at beautyhelp@henlicsparis.com with your order information and a photo of the issue.

We'll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Once we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it and issue a refund or replacement.

 

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at beautyhelp@henlicsparis.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

 

Please Note:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns for items that do not meet our criteria.
